Welcome — I’m Anton Roolaart, a UX Designer and Design Leader

I’m a UX designer who’s all about creating thoughtful, user-focused experiences. Whether I’m leading a team or deep in design work, I always keep the end user at the center of everything I do.

I’m a big believer in design thinking—it’s all about collaboration, research, prototyping, testing, and iterating until we land on something great. Over the years, I’ve worked on everything from complex enterprise systems to consumer apps.  I love to dig deep into the problems we’re trying to solve.  Prior to fully switching to UX Design about 10 years ago, I was a software engineer for many years, mostly working at AT&T Bell Labs on web portals that serviced 10’s of millions of users.

I’m always curious and constantly learning.  I also really enjoy mentoring, whether it’s helping stakeholders, product owners, developers, or folks new to UX, understand the design methodologies and principles.
